NetPoint™
NetPoint, created by PMA, is an intuitive Graphical Planning Method™ (GPM) application that provides an activity network-based process for simplified and collaborative interactive planning and scheduling. NetPoint better facilitates the planning process by using graphical tools and techniques that can be directly implemented by project stakeholders to create a consensus plan. NetPoint’s use of the GPM process gives clarity to all stakeholders, creating a communication tool not available in any other project management method or software application.

Digital Jobsite™
PMA’s Digital Jobsite application is an innovative way to do work while on a project site, giving you the fastest, most reliable way to track and find information. Digital Jobsite consists of two Pocket PC applications, PMA Inspector Pro and PMA Scheduler, and can also run on a laptop or desktop. PMA has successfully used the Inspector Pro product for numerous types of field reports for the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department as well as for three projects for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

Vela Systems
Vela Systems mobile software streamlines and accelerates field administration processes in construction, capital projects, and capital equipment management. It is a robust, collaborative tool that consists of numerous modules: Field Report, Field Scheduler, Worklist/Punchlist (RFIs), Extra Work Order, Safety Inspection, Commissioning, Materials Tracker, and Owner Handover. This application runs on a Tablet PC, laptop, or desktop. Vela Systems provides views for owner, contractor, and architect, allowing users to focus on critical issues. Vela also allows users to view and mark up drawings in the field and attach those drawings with comments to an email. PMA successfully worked with Vela Systems software on the Marriott Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel project.
