NetPoint® Application
NetPoint is PMA’s intuitive Graphical Path
Method™ (GPM®) application that transforms
planning and scheduling into an engaging,
planner-dominated experience. NetPoint uses an
activity network-based process for simplified,
collaborative planning and scheduling that
provide clarity to all stakeholders, creating a
communication tool not available in any other
project management method or software
application.

Features &
Benefits
Create an optimized network schedule in the
shortest possible time.
GPM fundamentally alters CPM by allowing
evolving dates, floats, resource profiles, and
crash-cost curves to impact activity definition
and sequencing. This results in the creation of
an optimized network schedule in the shortest
possible time.
Promotes collaboration and teamwork
Project managers, superintendents, key
subcontractors and stakeholders can
collaboratively, in one session, network a
project by graphically positioning activities on
a time scale, using a variety of simple and
intuitive logic ties to convey activity
relationships.
Focuses on planning
NetPoint's use of the Graphical Path Method
emphasizes experienced human judgment and
collaboration in project planning instead of
machine calculations.
Provides Clarity
NetPoint’s use of GPM gives a clear view of the
plan to all stakeholders, creating a
communication tool not available in any other
project management method or software
application.
